Controller pairing
Connect the app to the intended robot, open Remote Pairing, start pairing, then hold STOP + FOLLOW on that robot's controller.
Connection recovery
If controls stop responding, stop the robot, confirm the correct MAKIQO-RC network, and use the app connection check before driving again.
Obstacle modes
Use one assist mode at a time while testing. Keep the front distance sensor clear and begin in an open area with a simple target.
Color activities
Place color cards flat under the sensor, use even indoor lighting, and keep strong reflections away from the reading area.
Safe testing
Place the car on a clear floor area and keep wheels raised during firmware or motor-direction checks.
